Cancellation Policy:
If you need to change or cancel an appointment for any reason, 24-hour advance notice is requested. If an appointment is cancelled or missed without notice you will be responsible for the full fee.
Insurance Coverage:
The following are some of the accepted health insurance plans: Harvard Pilgram, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, United Healthcare and out of network plans. In order to best serve you, please contact the office to verify your insurance benefits before you arrive. If benefits are not verified prior to your visit and you do not have coverage, you will be responsible for the visit cost the day of your treatment. The office number is 617-785-5150.
In preparation for your first treatment:
• Be sure to have eaten prior to treatment
• Bring loose fitting pants or shorts for comfort
• Please arrive fifteen minutes early to complete the paperwork. Initial appointments are an hour and a half. More time is necessary to get a full picture of your health history and details of current health conditions. The comprehensive information given during the initial appointment allows for a precise plan and treatment.
