De-Stress with Acupuncture and Qigong
In both Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, stress is presenting itself as an important (sometimes annoying) player in how our bodies operate. Whether stress manifests in your digestion, muscle tension, sleeping patterns, pain or any other way, acupuncture can help. The beauty of acupuncture is it supports your body by stimulating specific points to process and release stress.
What is even more magical is there is a point for everything! Each treatment you receive may be different based on your symptoms. Your acupuncture points are adjusted to where you are in the moment to better meet your health needs.
In addition to acupuncture, I will be teaching one on one Pangu Shengong classes. Pangu Shengong is a form of qigong that is extremely helpful in building your energy, increasing your immune system and relaxing your mind. Each class will be one hour including instruction and practice. In the 7 years that I have practiced, I have found my health to be stronger and my mind to be quieter.
